As the leading provider of lease pricing programs worldwide, Warren & Selbert has a thorough understanding of the different structures currently used worldwide.  Our seminars are one day courses that teach about the structures and pricing methods used in the leasing industry, and provide an ideal environment for participants to meet each other and have open discussions within a structured framework.  Seminars are not the same as ABC training, which is offered free.

Detailed structuring, pricing and tax information is provided in each of our seminars with the emphasis placed upon lease pricing.

Our aim is to give our delegates both a thorough understanding of lease pricing and a practical feel for the factors that are important in determining the results of a lease analysis.  The unique style of our seminars enables us to achieve this with considerable success.

Our seminars are ideal for anyone interested in gaining an in-depth understanding of country-specific lease structures or lease pricing in general.  They have been designed to benefit expert and novice alike.  Past attendees have included lessors, packagers, advisors, lessees and lenders.
